I am looking for a Hedge Fund that can underwrite Loans or a Group of Private Investors, that can do the same. I have been in the finance business for 15 years and have a good client base. Currently I have $76 Million in Hotel Refinancing deals. Clean Good Cap Rates, Income Producing, bankable Deals all with one exception? My clients are looking for NON Recourse Loans.
If you can help me underwrite this Business I would be willing to give you more of what I bring in. I will easily bring to the table another $200 million in Refinance Deals.
