Hello Candidates,
I'm looking to hire several CG technical artists. The work will continue indefinitely as long as I continue to complete work in the specified timeframe.
Initially, I will be requesting mesh modeling of industrial type objects and possibly entire machines. Speed is the primary driver here as I will be assembling the scenes, lighting, texturing, animating, rendering and composting. As I get comfortable with those of you that can handle the pace, I will be asking for more than just modeling but I want to start simple.
Skills/Exp: Strong modeling workflow. The ability to produce HR and LR rig-able mesh is a plus. Someone who has driven from concept through to photo-real composite would be the strongest asset to my workflow and team.
Expectations: I'll send specs (images, description, intent) and look for a quick response with time/cost estimates. Opting out on one request will have little/no effect on getting the next. Time is the primary driver, as we get to know each other, I will fill your schedule with work leaving some room for the unexpected.
