I am ready to write my first "credible" book on my personal experiences with the paranormal that I have encountered for the past 40 years. I have various experiences I would like to illustrate in this book. For example, (1) being air lifted during the night while sleeping in bed, (2) replicating the actual images of the 2 ghosts I have photographed in a window to me, (3) things that have been moved around or near me - general objects and household items, (4) legitimate sounds I have encountered - such as a glass falling on a coffee table behind my head, items moving with no explanation, cupboards being knocked on, etc., (5) key in door turned once the dead clock finally stopped moving, etc. These are just some moments I have encountered. The ability to sketch images that showcase these moments is key to the expression I want this book to share. I have encountered so many experiences that the essence of visual and sound together should reflect in the sketched image. The drawn images do not have to be 3D ... pencil sketching with good detail to fit a 6x9 sized book page -- if that means the ability to shrink a large image (8x11 size) ... no problem. I will have my own actual pictures in this book to accompany but need the additional visual detail to help me share my moments. Are you able to draw a child, an adult, etc. ... can you draw images such as a bed, ice cream container, telephone, cupboard, clock, etc. Can you exaggerate those images to depict emotion or excitement? I'm not seeking difficult images ... I am seeking easy to understand and look at images ... but well drawn. My expectations would be someone who is able to not spend a huge amount of time drawing complicated images, but rather, create suitable images that would work well for ebooks and print books. I anticipate 20 drawings. My goal is to have my book ready for review and possible print in 8 months. Therefore, once we have an agreement to work together, I would tell you all the images I need so you can freelance and work on them at your leisure. I am a very responsible individual seeking the same. I am not seeking a person who will let me down. This is a real life story of my experiences. I would have to see some of your work in order to identify if you are the right fit for this book. Each image would be clearly discussed. You may create more than 1 image for me to select from but I will ultimately select 1 image that will be paid for. Am I seeking a sketch artist or illustrator or a combination of both? Image needs to print clearly on pages in a 6x9 book so they do not look muddy once the book is published. I am anticipating creating for both ebook but definitely a print book. If you have any knowledge of publishing - I would welcome your expertise. You would get recognition for your all of your illustrations in the book plus a full page write up on you in the beginning of the book along with contact information, if desired. Once the project is done, there will be no further royalties from the book sales thereafter. This is a one-time, paid project consisting of 20 paid images. I am not willing to pay more than $xxxx for this entire project effort - when we are done, our contract ends. I am seeking a good artist to depict and illustrate my experiences. I am also seeking someone who will remain confidential, if needed, as I have a high degree and am professionally recognized. Thank you for considering this project.
