EOE MINORITIES / FEMALES / PROTECTED VETERANS / DISABLED This position recruits qualified candidates for plant hourly manufacturing, supervisory, and admin/clerical positions as well as coordinates job postings. Sort, review and assess received resumes and applications o Contact potential candidates o Conduct phone screens with internal/external candidates o Submit qualified resumes/applications to hiring manager for review o Rank most qualified candidates for further consideration Coach hiring managers on interview questions and refresh them on legal issues involved with interviewing. o Coordinate interview schedule with top candidates and hiring manager. o Arrange flights, book hotels, etc. for candidates traveling for interviews. o Conduct follow up reviews of candidates with hiring manager o Coordinate offer letter, background check, etc with HR office o Correspond with top candidates not selected for position. Work with Admin/College Recruiter to determine colleges to target for relationships with Mohawk; o Ensure recruiting is working with hiring managers to determine future needs for intern, co:ops and trainees. o Work to build relationships between intern/co:op/trainee and hiring manager and coach Work with managers to review skills needed for open positions: o Review job descriptions o Create job postings and external ad copy o Post ads on job boards, online application system and newspapers or other publications. Ensure that all candidates are in applicant/employee tracking system for EEO/AA tracking. General administrative duties. Other duties as needed. Bachelors Degree in a related field and 1+ years in recruiting or staffing OR 6+ years and the combination of education and experience to successfully accomplish the essential duties of the job. PHR or SPHR certification preferred Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office and the Internet. Knowledge of or ability to learn employment laws, regulations, and guidelines Excellent communication skills; written, verbal and presentation. Ability to read, write and interpret routine reports and correspondences. Good analytical and organizational skills. Ability to multi:task, follow:up, meet deadlines in a fast:paced work environment.
