1br Regent Students 525/month No Preference in Lynchburg, Virginia For Sale

I am trying to assign my lease for the rest of the summer and for Fall xxxx. Right now I am renting a room from a family 1.5 miles walking distance from campus. The perks are the family is very down-to-earth, the husband/landlord is a producer for the CBN.
Perks are that you receive a furnished bedroom (twin bed, drawers, wood locker, desk), your own bathroom, refrigerator/freezer, pantry space, access to the washer/dryer, Wifi, and all utilities are included in the rent. So for $525 you receive all of that.
The landlords are looking for a REGENT STUDENT (no exceptions) that is around his/her 20's. There is no sexual preference.
I would stay there but I am a law student from Idaho, and will be going back to Idaho and overseas this summer for internships. Also, my close friend from Idaho will be moving to Virginia Beach so we will be roommates.
