There is myself and another male roomie. He is 50 and I am 59. We are very laid back and respect each others privacy and space. Utilities and cable will be split 3 ways. Bathroom is in the hall and is shared with the male in the house. Must love animals, I have a small peke and two cockatiels. She won't allow any other animals. Great location. 10 minute drive to the ocean front. Pembroke Mall right up the street as is Town Ctr. Nice neighborhood. No couples. Prefer a female my age but will consider an older male..
