My landlord is renting out a furnished bedroom in a two story townhouse. It will be available Sept. 5 th. The rent is $450 per month, $450.00 deposit. I do have a bed frame and dresser if needed. There is myself and another male roomie. He is 50 and I am 59. We are very laid back and respect each others privacy and space. Utilities and cable will be split 3 ways. Bathroom is in the hall and is shared with the male in the house. Must love animals, I have a small peke and two cockatiels. She won't allow any other animals.
