Local South Carolina based trucking company is looking to team up with another Carrier or source whom we can work with direct to form a ?Contract Alliance Partnership? together for our new ?Truck Load? and ?Hotshot? division within our company. Our company has worked extremely hard and diligently to become a premier local, regional, and national LTL carrier providing cost effective expedited services, along with developing an extensive freight network which has opened up lots of new doors, providing us with an unsurpassed amount of local and long haul freight. In order for our company to take full advantage of this opportunity, we have decided to expand our business by adding a new ?Truck Load? and ?Hotshot? division. These divisions will consist of providing dry van, reefer, Step-deck, Flatbed, Auto, and oversized/heavy hauling freight services.
Instead of going after this new business alone, MHT would like to team up with another experienced Trucking/Carrier company or source to help us execute these two new divisions in the form of a ?Contract Carrier Alliance Partnership?. This partnership will consist of our company operating under our cooperate identity/authority, trucks, drivers and etc?, in which the alliance partner will provide us with the support, tools/equipment, and resources needed to grow and operate in a successful manner (this would be a wonderful opportunity for a trucking company that is looking to grow and expand their operations such as ourselves. We are looking for the alliance partner to assist in backing us with the following:
? Plates (Will pay back over an agreed period of time)
? Fuel cards (not a must)
? Discount invoice Factoring (not a must)
? Trailer Rentals/lease
? Lower cost Insurance (not a must)
What Melvin Haynes Transport, has to offer the Alliance Partner:
? We are already an experience carrier, with our own corporate identity, MC#, DOT#, and insurances, which will eliminate a liability aspect to the alliance partner.
? We have our own dispatch, back office support, software, and fleet management tools
? Our own extensive customers and freight network
? Have our own assets based equipment along with initial group of qualified owner operators, and drivers lined up with an interest to start work with us.
What we are in need from the Alliance partner to provide and offer Melvin Haynes Transport:
? Ability to run under our own corporate identity, MC/DOT#, insurances (this also eliminates liability to the alliance partner). We also would be interested in working with your current insurance carrier if they offer lower rates
? Ability to furnish base plates, which this expense can be passed on to our company allowing us to pay back over a period of time.
? provide fuel cards and advances on loads (not a requirement)
? provide trailer rental or leasing
? Would be interested in utilizing and implementing a rental and/or lease purchase program on tractor and/or trailer units, for qualified drivers looking to become owner operators. (not a requirement)
